Rockwick Capital LLC, of Wilmington Delaware, works in
the alternate finance market and arranges debt and equity financing for
qualified clients. Its options including
funding clients with collateral such as in ground assets, funding major
industrial or commercial projects or energy projects, or arranging funding from
forward sales that can be sold to buyers with strong established credit. Rockwick can fund in various ways, depending
on the needs and qualifications of the client:
Equity Project Finance – A JV funder provides 100% equity funding for the
project and receives a 50% passive interest in the project. The client has the right to repurchase the JV
interest after stabilization at then fair market value. This is not available to public

Collateralized Project Finance – A
European lending consortium provides traditional debt financing at a fixed 5%
interest rate for up to 20 years, with normal bank structure but without client
guarantees and penalties. For more

Corporate Bond Funding – Several underwriters create corporate bonds backed
by the client's in ground assets. The
bonds are then rated and sold to non-US institutional investors. For more information see the “Corporate Bond
Sale Funding – A forward sale of a client's assets can be quickly arranged
and funded if the owner of in-ground assets or other commodities has an
investment grade buyer that will contract to purchase the asset and
guarantee repayment for the
purchase. For more information see the

Rockwick charges its clients
no fees or expenses for its services.
Its compensation is solely from the funders upon successful completion
of the funding. There are in these
programs, however, often costs relating to various expenses (legal, accounting,
travel, rating agency and listing charges) that will be the responsibility of
the client. Prior to the payment of any
costs, however, the client will be given the opportunity to satisfy itself
through its own due diligence of the details and viability of each of these
