Rockwick Capital LLC, of Wilmington Delaware, works in the alternate finance market and arranges debt and equity financing for qualified clients.  Its options including funding clients with collateral such as in ground assets, funding major industrial or commercial projects or energy projects, or arranging funding from forward sales that can be sold to buyers with strong established credit.  Rockwick can fund in various ways, depending on the needs and qualifications of the client:

Equity Project Finance – A JV funder provides 100% equity funding for the project and receives a 50% passive interest in the project.  The client has the right to repurchase the JV interest after stabilization at then fair market value.  This is not available to public companies.  For more information see the “Equity Project Finance” section.

Corporate Bond Funding – Several underwriters create corporate bonds backed by the client's in ground assets.  The bonds are then rated and sold to non-US institutional investors.  For more information see the “Corporate Bond Funding” section.

Forward Sale Funding – A forward sale of a client's assets can be quickly arranged and funded if the owner of in-ground assets or other commodities has an investment grade buyer that will contract to purchase the asset and guarantee  repayment for the purchase.  For more information see the “Forward Sale Funding” section.

Rockwick charges its clients no fees or expenses for its services.  Its compensation is solely from the funders upon successful completion of the funding.  There are in these programs, however, often costs relating to various expenses (legal, accounting, travel, rating agency and listing charges) that will be the responsibility of the client.  Prior to the payment of any costs, however, the client will be given the opportunity to satisfy itself through its own due diligence of the details and viability of each of these programs.
